Description
Vibra-TITE 460 is a fast setting thread sealant that gives an instant low pressure seal of 100 psi and a high pressure seal when fully cured. This high strength product provides 100% sealing capability and does not shrink after curing, unlike more traditional solvent based pipe dopes. Contains PTFE.
Vibra-Tite 460 falls under the category of anaerobic adhesives and cures in the absence of air, hence it is not recommended for use in pure oxygen, or oxygen rich environments. It is also not recommended for use with plastics, especially thermoplastics.
