Araldite 2014-3 is the non-CMR reformulation of ARALDITE 2014-2 , a two-component epoxy adhesive with enhanced performance, designed to meet the most demanding industrial application requirements. Its formulation offers an exceptional combination of strength, durability, and versatility.

FEATURES

Araldite 2014-3 is a two-component epoxy adhesive (2:1 ratio) with a mix ratio of 100:50. It is thixotropic in viscosity , dark gray in color , has a working time of 120 minutes, an e-modulus of 3700 MPa, an elongation at break of 1.6%, and a shear strength of 15 MPa.

PROPERTIES

Araldite® 2014-3 is a structural epoxy adhesive resistant up to 160°C, with excellent resistance to chemical attack:

Excellent chemical resistance: Withstands exposure to oils, solvents and other aggressive products
Thermal resistance: Maintains its properties up to 160°C
Low shrinkage: Allows for tight tolerances and precise positioning
Moisture resistance: Excellent performance in humid environments
Filling of gaps: Up to 5 mm thick without sagging
