Description

Loctite 638 is a high-strength, general-purpose retaining compound designed for bonding cylindrical fitting parts. It is engineered to augment the strength of press fit assemblies and can fill gaps up to 0.25 mm. This compound cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration.
